Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture, Hanoi

The hotel is a great choice for our next visit to Hanoi. The rooms have very good beds and are located on a quieter side of the floor, perfect for families with young children. The service was excellent in assisting my elderly mother during our stay, although they could have been a bit more proactive. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the Old Quarter but away from the noisy bars. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of choices. The facilities were top-notch, catering to all our needs.

The strong AC, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in the toilet, and top-quality linens and toiletries made our 3-week stay in VN comfortable. The location was ideal, being close to the Old Quarter and many attractions, with a bit of noise but accessible to cafes and restaurants. The dining experience was good with a wide variety of food options. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
